Today we have our superintendent, Dylan, with us. Copper Creek Builders' new home construction has been moving along quickly. Things out in the field are going very successfully which means our homes are going up fast. Over the last couple of weeks have put about six houses under contract, but we do still have a few spec homes left.

Today is just a quick preview of the willow floor plan here at Copper Creek Builders in Grand Junction. The willow is about 1500 square feet, three-bedroom, three bathrooms, with an open concept. One bedroom and the master bedroom are upstairs and the third bedroom is downstairs. We are excited to be announcing a new filing of Copper Creek. We are sold out of the first filing, but are beginning to open up the filing that falls between Copper Creek and North in Copper Creek south.
We have made a lot of progress since our last update on the parade home. You can now start to see what the house will look like as we progress. This floor plan is called the Magnolia; it is new. We will be ready to show you the floor plan soon. If you like this floor plan, it will be available to put on the lots in our upcoming filing.
