We are excited to be announcing a new filing of Copper Creek. We are sold out of the first filing, but are beginning to open up the filing that falls between Copper Creek and North in Copper Creek south.
In this filing we will be offering both Vanguard and Villa series homes. If you’ve been following us for a few years you’ll remember when we were in our third filing of Copper Creek north we had Lot premiums. These premiums came from different benefits that the lot had. For example, a lot that is extra large, sits on a corner, or has limited neighbors will have a lot premium ranging from $7000-$25,000.
