We have two townhomes left for sale here at Copper Creek in Grand Junction. If you are interested in purchasing one of these townhomes we highly recommend that you schedule a meeting with Naomi as soon as possible. If you are in town, we can schedule an in-person meeting at our office located on the flat top lane across from Fisher's Liquor Barn and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
You have finally reached the end of our process. If you would like to do a final walkthrough before closing call Naomi and she can get you scheduled to do so. Closing is held at Abstract Title downtown. Here, you will coordinate with your mortgage broker on any additional items you may need to have. All you need from us is to make sure all of your blue tape items have been signed off on, we will cover warranty with you, then we can get you ready to move into your new home.
Things are wrapping up and your home is almost done! During this step you will go through a New Homeowner Orientation. Beary, our superintendent, will walk you through and tell you everything you need to know about your new home. Naomi will call and schedule this with you about one to two weeks before your closing.

To reserve a lot here at Copper Creek all you need is to know what lot number or floor plan you want and $2,500. Once you put down this $2,500, it is completely refundable for the first 30 days which allows you time to think about your decision. After the 30 days, you will then enter a Contract Period where the contract will be signed, an additional $2,500 will be put down, and you will officially be put into the production schedule.
