Weekly Update March 23rd, 2022 - New Townhomes Construction, New Home Construction in Grand Junction
For the last few months, we have been discussing our Flat Top Townhomes here at Copper Creek Builders. All of our homes in this filing have sold out, but there will be more opportunities coming to the Grand Junction area very soon. We are in the process of building more townhomes that will be available within the next few months!
New Home Construction in Grand Junction
We have put the finishing touches on our townhome project here at Copper Creek. Typically, with townhomes, you are in a pretty tight and constricted area. To offset this, we put in a pocket park behind the townhomes for the whole community to use. This area cannot be seen from the road and with construction still going on we haven't been able to walk people back here, so we wanted to give you a look at the community space.
We have been receiving a ton of questions about the garages in our townhome project here at Copper Creek. Each of the townhomes has one single-car detached garage. Each of these has a manual button located inside the garage to control the door and the light, and the keypad is located on the outside of the unit. They also come with a remote that is connected to the button so you can open and close the door from a remote location. In the event that the remote gets lost or the power gets turned off, each garage comes with a key that can be used to get inside.
