New Home Construction in Grand Junction
This weekly update will walk you through the townhome community here at Copper Creek. We are currently halfway sold out in this community. The landscaping is finally done and we are putting the finishing touches on the remaining properties. Between the four duplexes is a paved walkway that leads to the beautiful, grassy community area at the end of the property which is great for playing with your kids and pets or hanging out with family and friends. The community area is very quiet even though it is located fairly close to both Patterson and 24 1/2 road.
