Today we wanted to highlight what an ATV garage door looks like here at Copper Creek. The ATV garage door can be put in with our standard two-car garage. It is all one space, but the ATV garage door is its own separate bay for people to enter through. Some of our new homeowners have used this extra space for an ATV, storage, or at-home gym. There is a little less space on the ATV garage door side because of the man door leading out to the side yard. However, you could fit an oversized vehicle in the two-car garage port. Just a quick update from one of our co-owners about Copper Creek Builders' current new home construction project here in Grand Junction. We have been making great progress in this filing. The weather has allowed our construction partners to get a significant amount of work done, and we are getting super close to closing out this filing. There are only three houses left, we still have two Columbines and a Primrose for sale. Just because construction is slowing down here does not mean that Copper Creek as a whole is slowing down. We currently have projects planned for the next two years and will be releasing those details as we get closer to starting the new projects.
