Our new parade home is in Copper Creek North. It is in the beginning stages of construction. They are in the process of framing the house right now. We will be posting updates on the progression of the home so stick around to see all of the cool upgrades we will be adding throughout the building process.
The sod is finally down in the Creek Park and will be ready to be played on in just a few weeks. Filing 3 is almost complete. Almost all of the houses are built, and all but one home has been sold. However, we do have our upcoming filing starting not to long from now.
Copper Creek North 2 Filing 1
This filing will hold all of our Vanguard homes which you can find on our website https://www.coppercreeklife.com/. We are on track to start reserving lots here in a month or so. Construction is set to begin later this summer, and hopefully it will be already in the fall.
Most of the houses in Filing 3 have been started. Some of them are up and people have already moved in. We have two homes left, one Parkview home and one Vanguard home.
