New Home Construction in Grand Junction
We have been receiving a ton of questions about the garages in our townhome project here at Copper Creek. Each of the townhomes has one single-car detached garage. Each of these has a manual button located inside the garage to control the door and the light, and the keypad is located on the outside of the unit. They also come with a remote that is connected to the button so you can open and close the door from a remote location. In the event that the remote gets lost or the power gets turned off, each garage comes with a key that can be used to get inside.
Copper Creek Builders has some big news! We had been releasing a few of our townhomes at a time and then releasing more after the previous units sold, but we have decided to release our entire project to you guys! This is exciting because you can now go under contract with us and be in your home between now and August. We have some units available come August which is great for anybody who needs to sell a home first or get their finances in order before they make the move.
We have some exciting news here at Copper Creek! Two of our duplexes are ready to go under contract here in Grand Junction. We are opening up the rest of the community, so there will be a total of eight townhomes available in the form of four duplexes.
Does Copper Creek participate in price escalation regarding new home construction in Grand Junction?
Copper Creek Builders does not participate in price escalation. When other companies do price escalations you'll have a purchase price with an additional clause that says if you close on the home in a certain time frame then you are subject to a percentage increase on your purchase price. Under these circumstances, it is hard to know where the bottom line on the price you will have to pay is.
