Here is a quick video update from Copper Creeks Builders newest project in Fruita Colorado. Mulberry Street encompasses the lifestyle of Fruita being centrally located just 2 blocks from downtown. Residents of Mulberry Street are just seconds away from shops, dinning and all the weekend events Fruita holds.
We have made a lot of progress since our last update on the parade home. You can now start to see what the house will look like as we progress. This floor plan is called the Magnolia; it is new. We will be ready to show you the floor plan soon. If you like this floor plan, it will be available to put on the lots in our upcoming filing.
I wanted to show off Mulberry Street, Copper Creek Builders latest new home construction in Fruita, Colorado. This will be a small neighborhood that consists of two Aspens, two Bluejay and a Cardinal home designs. Located just south of Aspens Street, these homes are walking distance from the heart of Fruita's downtown. Check out this video which is a brief overview of the neighborhood.
I visit the 2019 Fruita Fat Tire Festival which is walking distance from Copper Creeks newest neighborhood in Fruita, Mulberry Street. Here is a short video of my visit to this wonderful event that brings in thousands of mountain bikers from all over the world and the industries leading bike designers and suppliers.
Our new parade home is in Copper Creek North. It is in the beginning stages of construction. They are in the process of framing the house right now. We will be posting updates on the progression of the home so stick around to see all of the cool upgrades we will be adding throughout the building process.
