The sod is finally down in the Creek Park and will be ready to be played on in just a few weeks. Filing 3 is almost complete. Almost all of the houses are built, and all but one home has been sold. However, we do have our upcoming filing starting not to long from now.

This filing will hold all of our Vanguard homes which you can find on our website https://www.coppercreeklife.com/. We are on track to start reserving lots here in a month or so. Construction is set to begin later this summer, and hopefully it will be already in the fall.
This studio apartment is attached to one of the townhomes. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom, with a kitchen. In addition, you will have a walk-in closet and pantry/laundry room. It is located on Main Street and has the potential to bring in revenue.
Most of the houses in Filing 3 have been started. Some of them are up and people have already moved in. We have two homes left, one Parkview home and one Vanguard home.
