New Home Construction In Grand Junction
Here is a sneak peek at one of the floor plans inside of Copper Creek Builders' new townhomes in Grand Junction. You have a kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as, a half bathroom and walk-in closet that extends under the stairs. There are no bedrooms on the first floor. However, upstairs you have two bedrooms. One regular bedroom contains a standard closet and a full bathroom with plenty of natural lighting. Then you have the master bedroom which has a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom with two sinks as well as natural lighting. We have taken our standard home packages and applied them to the townhomes, so you get the same great quality in the townhomes that you would from a Copper Creek house.
