You have a kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as, a half bathroom and walk-in closet that extends under the stairs. There are no bedrooms on the first floor. However, upstairs you have two bedrooms. One regular bedroom contains a standard closet and a full bathroom with plenty of natural lighting. Then you have the master bedroom which has a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom with two sinks as well as natural lighting. We have taken our standard home packages and applied them to the townhomes, so you get the same great quality in the townhomes that you would from a Copper Creek house. These will be ready to sell come April 2021, so if you are interested in owning your own please add yourself to the waitlist that can be found on our website. Have a great day!   About Copper Creek: Copper Creek Builders, LLC is a land development and construction company, owned and operated by Grand Junction locals Chris and Silas Colman, a father-son team who have been in business together since 2002. They begin each project with raw land in order to design a perfect fit between the homes, streets, and community features.
