For example, how many bedrooms do you need, one or two stories, do you need an office, etc. Having an understanding of what you want in advance will narrow the process and allow us to find the best home for you here at Copper Creek. The first step in our process is getting prequalified with a lender. This allows you to see what you can afford. We recommend visiting sites such as Zillow; this will give you the ins and outs of what is available in your area.
