Today's video is meant to update you about lot 42 in Copper Creek North II Filing 2. This house will be available within the next few months. This subdivision is located off of 24 1/2 and F 3/4 Road. On this lot, you will find our columbine floor plan with a three-car garage that we have talked about before. This home is heavily under construction at the moment, but it is a three-bedroom, two bathrooms, 1800 square foot, single-story rancher with an open floor plan. People love this plan because of the amount of space it has, and it even comes with a flex space which could be converted to a fourth bedroom if needed. Today we wanted to highlight what an ATV garage door looks like here at Copper Creek. The ATV garage door can be put in with our standard two-car garage. It is all one space, but the ATV garage door is its own separate bay for people to enter through. Some of our new homeowners have used this extra space for an ATV, storage, or at-home gym. There is a little less space on the ATV garage door side because of the man door leading out to the side yard. However, you could fit an oversized vehicle in the two-car garage port.
