Copper Creek Communities are designed first and foremost for people, rather than cars. In each community you’ll find beautifully manicured parks and gardens, surrounded by charming craftsman style homes. The homes have front porches where people can enjoy conversation with friends, family and the occasional passerby. The streets are designed to slow traffic, making them safer for pedestrians and energetic children.
We offer a broad range of home plans for our customers to choose from. Copper Creek Homes look and feel like custom home designs without the custom home price. Copper Creek Homes look great but it’s the features behind the walls that make them really stand out from the competition. We offer a wide array of energy star features that make the homes more comfortable to live in and less expensive to operate.
The Magnolia by Copper Creek Builders offers three bedrooms, two Bathrooms and a three car garage. The Magnolia highlights an open floor plan and efficient use of space. This single story ranch is a split floor plan and offers an exquisite kitchen with large windows and a spacious walk in pantry. The Magnolia also has an enlarged laundry room with extra cabinetry and counter top space as well as a laundry sink.
The Vanguard series homes offer larger floorpans as well as larger lots. These homes have a more traditional style by having front loading garages and fenced in back yards. This series also includes homes with 2x6 exterior framing and on demand hot water. If you are needed a bit more space within our cozy community this series is for you!
We have been in our Vanguard home for 6 months now and we are so happy we made this choice. We really like the floor plan, it is such a wise use of square footage. We downsized from our previous home, yet it feels like we actually have more space in this home. We also love the neighborhood and working with the whole team at Copper Creek Builders.

The Parkview series homes are the perfect low maintenance option, but still having the perks of a large yard. These homes face our community parks that are maintained by the HOA. With this series you will see 2x4 exterior framing, spray foam insulation for added efficiency, alley loading garages and front patios that sit along the green park. For added privacy this series also offers a 10-12 foot side yard for each home. If you are looking for a home with little maintenance, but still enjoy seeing a lush green park from your home window then this is the plan for you!
After taking into consideration all the different styles of homes that Copper Creek has to offer we are so happy we chose a Park View Series home. The low maintenance lock and leave style is exactly what we needed for our family. We also don’t feel like we go without outdoor space because just steps away from our front porch is a beautiful park that we spend most evenings in playing with our dog and catching up with our neighbors.”

Copper Creek North is a neighborhood consisting of approximately 84 lots, 4 private parks and a walking trail that meanders through the entire neighborhood. The neighborhood will be built in 4 separate phases. Each phase has between 18-25 lots.
The standard features very from package to package. We have three different interior options which have been selected by a professional designer: Modern Farmhouse, Transitional, and Contemporary. All packages are no additional cost and are not interchangeable within each other.
The price does not include the lot premium. Lot prices differ based on different sizes and locations.
Maintenance of the common areas including parks and the community center. Also snow removal of the common area sidewalks and surrounding areas.
$28 a month ($336 yr.) with a $250 start-up fee
Fencing is included with all of our plans. This covers side and back fencing as well as picket fencing for the Park view plans. We include full landscape for our Park View plans, but we only include landscaping in the front for the Vanguard plans.
Lot sizes range from approximately 3,200 square feet to 8,500 square feet. Each home has easy access to a private park, just steps from the front porch. The park sizes range from ½ acre to ¾ acre in size, giving residents plenty of extra outdoor space to use as their own.
