We have made a lot of progress since our last update on the parade home. You can now start to see what the house will look like as we progress. This floor plan is called the Magnolia; it is new. We will be ready to show you the floor plan soon. If you like this floor plan, it will be available to put on the lots in our upcoming filing.

If you have any questions feel free to call Naomi at 970-256-7355 or visit the website at [https://www.coppercreeklife.com/](https://www.coppercreeklife.com/).
